All items come with a manufacturer 12 month parts warranty.

All chairs will be delivered flat packed* and will require assembly.

Full instructions will be provided, as well as an allen key to complete the build.

This product will be delivered free of charge by our approved carrier within 2 working days stock dependant. The cut off time for orders is 11.30am.

Our approved carrier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery by email or mobile phone number.

Delivery charges for furniture products will apply to deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Please call us on 01564 776198 to organise your delivery if you live in one of these areas.

We aim to always deliver high quality products that are in good working order and undamaged.

However, occasionally there may be issues with our products that mean they need to be returned. If your product is damaged, faulty or does not match the product that you ordered then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product by emailing info@midlandbusinessequipment.co.uk or calling 01564 776198.

We will arrange collection followed by either a full refund, including any shipping costs, or we will send you a replacement free of charge. See our ‘returns information’ section 15. for more details.

Please note that office furniture that is returned is in as new condition and will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
